The national olive/olive oil policies of the member countries evolve in response to factors such as domestic constraints, the international scenario, regional agreements, etc. As a result, changes occur in crop area, production, consumption, marketing and infrastructures.
These changes call for permanent tracking to understand the evolving dynamics, to stimulate some degree of coordination and inter-State cooperation and to anticipate developments. The Executive Secretariat is seeking a young university graduate with knowledge of agricultural policymaking to be a trainee to help to compile summaries of the national olive and olive oil policies, which will be of use to all the member countries.Convocante:International Olive CouncilPlazo:30 de setermbro de 2011 Leer más:
