The Zaragoza Logistics Center Scholarship currently provides a number of scholarships each year for students of the MIT-Zaragoza Master of Engineering in Logistics & Supply Chain Management (ZLOG) program.
The Zaragoza Logistics Center and the MIT-Zaragoza International Logistics Program will one ZLOG African Health and Humanitarian Systems Scholarships in the academic year 2010-2011 for one qualified candidate who will be expected to show extraordinary potential for leadership and professional success.
Through this scholarship, the Foundation hopes to attract outstanding future leaders who can make a vital contribution to filling the capacity gap in Africa for well-trained supply chain and logistics professionals dedicated to the field of health and humanitarian logistics.
The scholarship holder must make a contractual commitment to work for a well-established and reputed organization in Africa in the area of health-care logistics, health-systems, health policy, drug procurement and distribution, humanitarian logistics, disaster relief logistics, etc. for a period of at least two years upon graduation of the ZLOG - Master of Engineering in Logistics and Supply Chain Management Program. (Eligible organizations will be decided by the Director and Faculty members of Zaragoza Logistics Center.)Convocante:Fundación Zaragoza Logistics CenterPlazo:The deadline for the ZLOG African Health and Humanitarian Systems Scholarship application is April 15th 2010.
